What is An ETF?

An Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) is a type of investment fund that holds a collection of assets, such as Stocks, Bonds, Commodities, or a combination of these, and is traded on stock exchanges, similar to individual Stocks. ETFs are designed to track the performance of a specific index, sector, commodity, or other assets, allowing investors to gain broad exposure to a market or sector with a single purchase.
